主讲人简介:

César Andrés Gamboa, Third Secretary of the Foreign Service of the Republic of Chile. He completed his diplomatic studies at the Diplomatic Academy of Chile “Andrés Bello”. He has a degree on History and Social Sciences and also a degree on Education. He worked between 2013 and 2015 in the Division of Antarctic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile. He coordinated the preparation of the current “National Antarctic Strategic Plan”, a document that sets the objectives of the Chilean activity regarding Antarctica. He also coordinated the preparation of the document “Chile in Antarctica: A strategic vision to 2035”.
