个人简介

 

李秀红,女,博士生导师,武汉大学博士,中科院遥感所博士后,北京师范大学全球变化与地球系统科学研究院教授。发表论文30余篇,拥有专利16项(其中授权发明专利4项),获国际发明大会银 奖。主要研究领域包括生态环境监测、评估、规划 、管理与政策、空天地一体化的监测网络。近6年来主持或者作为主要完成人员参与水专项、“863”、科技支撑、国家自然科学基金项目等科研项目多项。通过主 持和参与各种科学研究和技术研发项目,在生态环境监测、评估、规划 、管理与政策和空天地一体化监测建设估领域逐渐奠定了一定的基础,也形成了较为鲜明的特色。近年来重点在以下几个方面取得进展或突破:
(1)区域/流域生态环境监测、评估、规划、管理和决策。开展森林、草原、湖泊、湿地、流域、城市、园区等区域/流域生态环境监测,进行区域/流域生态环境数据挖掘,开展区域/流域生态环境质量评估及成因分析,编制区域/流域生态环境规划,开展区域/流域生 态环境战略分析,提出区域/流域重大突出生态环境问题解决方案,开展生态补偿等生态环境政策制度研究,服务国家决策和地方管理。
(2)开展机器学习预测预警研究;开发出基于物联网的网络一致性校准技术并获得发明专利的授权。
(3)基于自主研发的嵌入式操作系统内核实现了监测仪器和设备的底层硬件控制;将无线传感器网络技术应用于野外(包括南极等极端环境)监测,突破了远程底端无线数据传输瓶颈;监测范围从点位、试验场尺度扩大到区域和流域尺度,监测频率实现了远程调控和自适应调控,监测要素完成了从气象、水文、生态、环境等单一要素标量指标向声像一体化等复合多元非标量指 标集成的转变,并正向综合观测平台拓展,通过反演、验证与模拟,形成空天地一体化综合集成监测网络研发应用能力;基于无线传感器网络技术和自主研发的嵌入式操作系统内核,研发的无线远程观测、监控平台已经在南极、中科院怀来试验场、黑河流域、青海湖流域等地成功运行;南极第27次和28次科考均安 装了基于无线传感器网络的极端环境监测平台,并获取了大量有价值的南极气象、冰架移动等各种环境数据。
(4)总的来说,从最初设计的监测系统以光、温、水、气等单一要素的监测,实现了向湿地生态系统、草原生态系统等生态系统监测转变,从区域、流域生态环境地面监测向地面监测与空天地一体化监测转变,从生态环境监测向质量评估、成因分析、方案设计、制度配套、成效评价转变,逐步形成“监测环境-评估现状及变化-分析成因-编制方案-配套制度-评价成效-再监测-再分析”的闭环体系。
